On working days (Mon–Sat), the majority of prepaid orders are shipped within 24 hours. On Sundays and holidays, orders are shipped the following business day.
Depending on your pincode and courier availability, delivery typically takes three to ten working days.
Sure. After your order ships, tracking details are sent to you via email or SMS.
For orders totaling ₹499 or more, COD is offered at a cost of ₹59. For orders under ₹499, COD is not available.
For low-value shipments, courier partners do not permit COD.
No reimbursements. Only clothing exchanges (size issue). Accessories and bags cannot be exchanged.

A request for an exchange must be made within 24 hours of delivery. The item needs to be undamaged, unused, and still in its original packaging and tags.
Indeed. For any problem, including damage or incorrect product, a clear, continuous unboxing video must begin before the package is opened.
