Easy Exchanges for Garments
Only clothing exchanges are available in the event of a size issue. Accessories and bags cannot be exchanged. All requests must adhere to our rules and include a legitimate unboxing video in order to guarantee fairness.
Important Conditions
Before You Request an Exchange
Only clothing size issues are eligible for exchange, and requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags. Under no circumstances can bags be exchanged.
Unboxing Video Required . A clear, continuous video from opening the parcel is mandatory for any issue.
Exchange Window
Only 24 hours after delivery.
Product condition
Product must be unused, clean, and fully tag
Bags Not Exchangeable
Only clothing that can be exchanged for a different size
Replacement Process
After the video was verified, a new item was sent.
